ThinQ Desk is a persistent, draggable enterprise support agent embedded in the platform workspace. It responds to operational questions with text and optional audible speech, supports free placement anywhere on screen, and adapts its layout across mobile and desktop viewports.
The platform now surfaces a structured Help Center accessible from the header navigation, profile menu, and contextual links. It combines module documentation, keyboard shortcuts, investor product documentation, and a live support entry point.
Platform workspace layouts now adapt across mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints. Contract lists switch from table to stacked card views, the support widget resizes and repositions for smaller screens, and navigation compresses into a categorised mobile menu.
The contracting workspace now enforces Winter 2027 as the earliest available season, validates date boundaries and overlaps, persists contracts through API-backed storage, and restricts administrative controls through identity-based whitelist enforcement.
ThinQ Travel introduced a shared mapping service with provider adapters, persistence, review workflow, and platform access for hotel and room reconciliation.
