The work

Execution work for someone who wants to become unusually capable.

This internship sits close to the founder, where priorities move fast and the work is practical. You will help structure operating workflows, improve follow-through, research decisions, organize client and product context, and use AI as a serious execution tool rather than a shortcut.

The role is suited to someone who wants to build a sharper operating brain: better judgment, better systems, better validation habits, and better execution under ambiguity.

What you will help with

  • Help turn founder-level priorities into organized execution plans, checklists, follow-ups, and working systems.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully for research, drafting, data structuring, workflow design, QA, and operational acceleration.
  • Validate AI outputs instead of trusting them blindly, especially where facts, data, compliance, client context, or public communication are involved.
  • Keep projects moving by clarifying next actions, owners, blockers, source material, and evidence of completion.
  • Support travel-tech, automation, CRM, LinkedIn, website, and internal operating workflows across ThinQ Travel.

What we are looking for

  • You are comfortable learning quickly, asking precise questions, and documenting what changed.
  • You have already used AI tools to make something real: a workflow, research pack, automation, content system, analysis, prototype, or repeatable process.
  • You can organize messy inputs into clear next steps without needing every instruction spelled out.
  • You care about accuracy, source checks, clean handoffs, and not overstating what is proven.
  • You want close exposure to how a founder builds execution systems, client workflows, and AI-enabled operations.
Six-month trajectory

By the end, you should be able to run more than tasks.

The goal is for you to leave with practical execution range: using AI tools effectively, validating outputs, managing workflows, organizing commercial and operational context, and helping turn unclear problems into working systems.

You do not need to arrive as an expert. You do need curiosity, discipline, good written communication, and the willingness to improve your own process every week.
